All utilities included except for RG&E unless stated otherwise. If there is off street parking, we handle your snow plowing during the winter. All prospects must have a combined household income of a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent. Section 8 and DSS accepted only if you have some sort of additional supplemental income. Security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent required for all move ins. Prospects with significant debts or evictions will be required to pay a double security deposit. Most if not all the units are newly renovated and are priced accordingly when taking into consideration the improvements that have been made.
