This apartment is in a prime location. It is within walking distance to the park ave. bus line and Wegmans supermarket as well. It is quiet on Ericsson Street. There are brand new windows in this house. There is off street parking with a two car garage as well. Modern refrigerator and dishwasher and new stove (double oven) are three of the other amenities. The apartment has central air and is insulated for savings in the winter months. There are brand new hardwoods and very nice clean walls to compliment them.
