Glenbrook Manor Apartments are located in the town of Gates and in the Spencerport school district. Our grounds are wooded, mature and well maintained. There's much green space in between the apartments and this offers you more privacy than other communities. We have several amenities that will make your life a little more convenient. 24 hour emergency maintenance to answer your questions quickly, buzzer security doors and indoor mailboxes (great for when the weather is bad), a community pool and tennis court, assigned parking, a children's playground and some updated kitchens. Our apartments are set back off the road, so it's a much quieter community than the others! Our two bedroom apartments run between $690-$760 monthly depending on size, just ask us when calling. By the way, we do accept your pets, even dogs (depending on breed).
