1. Do you have a monthly rental payment in mind?
2. Will you need a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment? How many bedrooms will you need? (they may be looking for a studio or a single home.)
3. When are you planning to move?
4. Do you have or will you have a pet? If so, what is the breed and weight?
5. Do you have any special needs?
